1986 Ford F-150 engine

It builds back pressure when it gets warm and I found oil in breather box and it running rough and it blowed the radiator hose off

That indicates excessive blowby in the crankcase. Test the PCV system to verify it is working properly. If it is, then you likely just have excessive engine wear letting too much compression past the piston rings.
