Does it ever run normally? When was the last tune up? Have you checked compression, fuel pump pressure?

Yes sometimes it runs great I bought the truck out of a scrap yard and the man that brought it in said it was a good truck just needed a fuel pump and he was not pulling the bed off so I bought it and put a pump in it it had set for three years

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Was the fuel filter replaced? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked it for trouble codes?

Just had discovered that it run good unplugged I unplugged the map senser and drove it to the store and run great
