How do you gain access to the antenna wire near the radio in a 1986 Buick Riviera?

Also, the blower fan in a 1986 Buick Riviera runs constantly which runs down the battery. Any suggestions?

You need to remove the radio to access the antenna wire. As far as the fan motor, it has to be getting power from something that is always hot (has power). It could be the ignition switch itself that is bad. You need to follow the power from the motor to see where it stops (when the key is off). At that point, locate where the power is coming from.
