OK I have an 86 Buick century limited and have had received damage to the front end on passanger side. Now lately I've been repairing it but now I have a loud high pitch squeaking when driving and light smoke from the side of damage with lost of transmission fluid at same time found the leak but its seems to be fine unless going up a hill or slight incline and yes I am adding a lot of transmission fluid every other day! Please help with any ideas

Where is the trans leaking? Could the noise be coming from ATF getting on the accessory belts?

Yep, the main serpentine drive belt can cause this issue. I would use a flashlight and open the hood for inspection. Here is how to change the belt out which if is worn out will cause this noise. Also, check the tension on the belt tension as well, it could be weak and causing the issue. Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
