i have a vw transporter micro-bus 2.3i south African model 5 cyclinder engine code (nh) I cant seem to locate the obd location, where could it be?

85 does not have one as far as I know. Should just be plain digital injection or cis injection. We never had that engine in the Transporters herr in North America. What is the actual issue.
