fuel pump not running

fuel pump not working, if i jump the test connector it will work checked for power at the circuit opening relay fp terminal read 12v but went to 0 during cranking. Main relays #1 and #2 check out ok so what do I do next.

old car what about possible bad ignition switch?

how would i determin if its the ign. switch? I had replaced the igniter because of no spark and now i have this problem

Have you checked for power at the pump during cranking? Go back over what you did when you replaced the 'igniter'. You may have knocked something loose. Trace the wire that you have power on with the ignition on but not during cranking back to its source.
