Car won't start as though batt dead but jumps med, then lights dim, oil light always on (oil OK), wipers go on/off on own, brake lights & blinkers light won't work. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP! Just bought car for a run around vehicle.

Check the oil pressure switch it powers the fuel pump
