tps sensor is clicking really bad

I have a fiero, 2.8l, the sensor below the tps sensor is clicking really bad when i turn the ignition key so only the electronics are on. the sesor goes into my throttle body. HELP Ive been running rich because of i know the tps sensor is out, but now the sensor below it is clicking
