1985 Oldsmobile 98 Replaced Fuel Pump Filter Strainer Now T Get Rail

I replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter, and the strainer and now I can't get fuel to the fuel rail, any suggestions?

Is the pump running? Is it producing any pressure at the fuel filter? It may be a bad pump or it may not be getting power.
