1985 Mitsubishi L200 Hi Runs Dream Once S Engine Just Started Cut Out M 1st

Hi. My L200 runs like a dream once it's going but the engine has just started to cut out when I'm in 1st or while idling at traffic lights, waiting to turn for traffic, etc, and ehhaust is making a popping sound. What do you think?

The idling speed is too low and there seems to be a misfiring. Check the sparks plugs and try increasing the idling speed.
