when i start my car in the morning the oil pressure gauge goes up then when it warms it drops to zero.

i recently had my oil and filter changed,i checked my dipstick oil level perfect,it never done this before,will driving my car damage my engine?HELP!

Do you hear any type of engine knocking noises?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to rule out the oil pressure switch, oil pump and engine bearings
