no power going to the solenoids in the carburetor

I'm fed up, and so is the mechanic. We've replaced the water pump, thermostat, coils, tuned-up, flush & fill, and a rebuilt carburetor. Don't know what else to do, and neither does the mechanic or service writer.

Here's what I was able to find. YOu need to find the source of power for the solenoid and determine why it isn't passing power to the solenoid when it's supposed to.
