Hello, I just recently bought a 1985 jaguar Vanden plas! I put a battery in the car, it cranks, but the spark plugs don't spark! I'm not sure what to do! The owner before me had it sitting in there yard for 3 years!

Check for 12V at the coil with the ignition on, if that is ok, best to get a scan done for any unresolved fault codes.
