Could my ignition coil be going bad?

Ive made sure all my spark plugs are perfect, my carb is leaned out perfect, wires r good and everything is all good but it still runs and idles rough. and when i took the ignition coil off well its 27 years old and the liquid inside of it shakes all over.

Start by replacing the coil or check the coil's primary and secondary winding resistances to be sure-Dunno about you but I will change it
