My 1985 honda accord get flood it, it keep driping gas inside the carburetor when the engine is off. What should I do to fix the problem. I have to wait for while and then will start but it shut off again.

You have to do the obvious, replace the carburetor.

Rebuilding a carb is far more than throwing a gasket kit at it. There is tons of setup and conditioning. Very few people exist that can reliably rebuild a carb these days, not to mention the chemicals that the housing has to be soaked in.
