need help adjusting carb

85 Sierra 350 4 barrel, distributor keeps backing off even when i tighten the hell out of the nut. What's up with that? aftermarket carb, stock manifold, I can adjust it and it is ok until i goose the throttle or i have driven for a couple days. But either way it backs off

Is the bolt coming lose? Is the mount bent?
