will a steering column with cruise control wire up correctly in a 85 ford bronco that didnt come with cruise

If it is the same year and make, it will bolt into place and work. However, the CC will not work because the vehicle won't have the components. Also, the plug for the multi function switch may be different. If that is the case, switch the wiring harness.
