Rainwater sloshes out of heat/air venting onto right front floor. I use a wet vac but are there seals in front of windshield to fix or replace? Also, where can I get guides for power windows on this'85 Le Baron? Thx!

The AC condensate drain tube is plugged. Look under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall for a 4" rubber tube with a 90 degree bend hanging down. Squeeze the end to open it up and dislodge any debris. If nothing comes out, squeeze the wire ring that holds it on and pull that hose off, then carefully stick a pencil in the tube to clear the stuff away.

Power windows are covered in the service manual. You'll find a bunch of them on eBay. Do you need help with electrical or mechanical issues?
