1985 Chevrolet Truck The Heater Controls Are Stuck on Floor. No Matter What You Do It...

The heater controls are stuck on floor. No matter what you do it does switch to defrost/vent or nothing. I pulled dash apart and everything appears to be working but obviously something isnt. Any ideas?
