1985 Chevrolet Silverado Press Horn Switch On Stearing Whell There Buzzer That

When I press the horn switch on the stearing whell there is a buzzer that sounds and the overhead dome light comes on but very dimliy. The horn does not sound. Where should I start.

Check horn circuit and wiring. The info I looked at was for c10 pickup.
