1985 Chevrolet El Camino Should There Two Vacum Lines Heater Ac Controls They

Should there be two vacum lines to the heater AC controls and if so where do they go ? I only have the defrost/heat under dash no air thru dash vents and am at a loss to figure this out .

one feed line from outside in the engine compartment to the ac control head. from there, it is controlled by the control head to the vacuum servos.
