it wont shift up

I replaced the transmission and torque converter and when i drive it all the gears are in first and it wont shift up, the rpms just go up. i dont what else to do help been tryin to fix this for like a year.

Sounds like it might be internal problem, have you reconnected the throttle pressure cable?
