Fuel Pump Not Getting Power

Drove the car two mile to the store...seemed to run fine. Went to restart after about 20 minutes and the car sputtered and ran about 100 feet. I noticed I didn't hear the fuel pump come on when I turned the key on. Added gas, changed the fuel pump, and the fuel pump relay...the FP fuze is good...what do you recommend?
