Car will not start whatsoever. The lights, radio work, but the engine makes 0 sound when key is turned. Has a 1/2 tank of gas.

I'm guessing either a blown fuse, bad battery, solenoid, or starter.

You will have to start at the battery and if that is ok, check that the range switch on the transmission is working, that is the switch that allows the engine to start in park and neutral only, check for power at the starter solenoid with the key on crank.
