My 1984 toyota supras motor cranks over but does not start I took it to a mechanic and he said the fuel injectors are staying open and that he cant fix it. How do I make it so that they become intermittent so my car will start.

Fuel injectors staying open means they are flooding the cylinders and either the PCM or the fuel injuectors are bad.

Try disconnecting the injectors to see of fuel is still being allowed into the cylinders.
