I can't make it more than a few miles and it dies

I just replaced the radiator, and now not only does it take a long time to start it, but when it gets hot (5-10 minutes) it dies. I live in Arizona, so the truck heats up quickly. I can't make it more than a few miles, and it dies, and can't restarted for a long time.
