1984 toyota corolla carburetor ajustment it has a new rebuilt carb.were is the adjustment screw to make it run more leaner or not.

Check the base of the carb-could be capped off-

Often the mixture is pre set and the adjuster is capped as rasmataz has mentioned, check this out often the cap is removable but local emissions controls may not permit adjustments.

if the air that come in is auto adjustable then you cannot adjust anything.
