How to fix head light issue?

When I 1st bought the car 3yrs ago they both worked. Last year the passenger side would not come up.Now the driver side comes up after car has been running for a while. But always does not come up. I have asked around but no positive answers. Are the headlights ran on vacuum along with electrical? Please help.

nope, electrical. work off the headlight switch and a relay at each headlight.


the motors are common failures for the lights. have them checked to verify.
