no head or tail lights when turn on switch is this the switch or a fuse problem how to test a switch and how to get the switch out of dash also where to get a switch

auto parts for switch, try hitting dimmer switch to see if headlights work there. if floor mounted dimmer switch unplug and turn headlights on if they work floor switch is bad.
