What tool do I need to remove glow plugs on a 1984 MBZ 300SD TD. They will not budge.

Your glow plug should be the same as the one in the pic, if so you undo the power lead and un screw the plug, often the heater bulb is encrusted with carbon, this is more common on older cars, take your time and carefully work it in and out after it has unscrewed and it should come free.

Yes pencil type, but what tool do I use to unscrew glow plug. Will not move at all.

I use a deep socket and a breaker bar, they should move with a bit of extra effort, I have never broken one yet, may be spray a little WD40 around the threads and let them sit a while.
