No park light and no headlight

This Van was parking for over 6 months, now it can drive but no park light and no headlight no dash lifgt.
I check the fuse box, no power to fuse, I till the indicator selector, I can get high beam.

Check the fuse box under the hood and under the dash there is separate fuses for high and low beam

Actually the van should be ford e2200 diesel van, the fuse box is under the dashboard, only tail light fuse. No headlight fuse.
