Thencheck the neutral safety switch on bottom of column probably bad that is why it won't start

Unplug it, undo bolts, remove switch, put switch into little lever that sticks up if there is a pin for it then pull the pin install bolts plug back in. ADJUSTMENT MAY BE REQUIRED.
