Do you hear the horn relay click when you press the button? If not, check for a blown fuse and a shorted horn. If the relay clicks, the fuse is good. Check for 12 volts at one of the horn wires when a helper presses the button.

Great info. Thank you for your help. There is no relay when I press the horn. I checked the fuse for the horn and is intact. I will check for 12 volts and see what happens. Thank you for your help.
