How does the catalyc converters are connected. Why? Because does'nt want to pass the smog check they're saying that it dies'nt have some pipes not conected to the cat that air does'nt pass trough that the pipes are clothed

most likely you had the converter replaced with an aftermarket converter that did not have the air tubes. they need to be there and hooked up. you will have to replace the converter with the correct converter.
