HOW DID YOU REPLACE THE LOCK CYLINDER WITHOUT TAKING IT APART (STARTING WITH THE STEERING WHEEL?

I'LL TRY TO ASSIST IF I CAN, I NEED TO KNOW SOME "LOCK CYLINDER HISTORY" (LIKE WHAT WAS WRONG TO BEGIN WITH) AND WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO IT THUS FAR
