Need drivetrain suggestions on 84 Chevy one ton

Have cab and chassis, would like to run a 350 with a 5 speed. Would like suggestions on gear ratio on tranny and rearend. Will b pulling 30' 5th wheel sporadically. Want to run 70mph and get best mpg possible. Will be pulling in hills. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Motor will b mostly stock.

4 11 would be good gears to run in the differential. The trans should be an overdrive unit.

Are you going to be using a 4 wheel drive unit?
