1984 Chevrolet Truck Chevy C 10 Shortbed Just Recently Notice That Reach Speeds

I have a 1984 chevy c-10 shortbed and just recently i notice that when i reach speeds above 70 it decelerates by its self. should i give it a tune up or is it something else?
