1984 Chevrolet Silverado Just Replaced Transmission Test Driving Rear Wheels

I just replaced the transmission and when i was test driving the rear wheels locked up.I can feel the transmission engaging but the truck will not move. Feels as if the brakes are locked up.700 r4 transmission 4x4.checked all tv cabe and vacume lines,all looks good.

new or used trans??

why did you replace it???

are you sure it is not the rear brakes or the differential???
