brown clip and a two red ones. I need to know where they go?

My problem is. i was told earlier. that these clips that's near. the fuse box go into the ignition area of the fuse panel. but how? ?on top one another. Labeled to what?and how.? Please.

they may be slotted plug that only fits in 1 specific place. check that out.
