1984 Cadillac Seville POWER Antenna won't extend

I bought a power antenna in July of 2014, My problem is the mass won't go up when I power the antenna on , the voice inside is on but the mass won't come up. Do you have any answer why? Thank you E T

Check that the mast has correct voltage when activated and that the earth is tight and clean, if in doubt also see if the mast actually is working by jumping power and earth direct to the unit to see if it moves.
