Code 26 - Shorted throttle switch sensor

Are you having any idle issues? Has any work been done recently?

YES, I HAVE HAD SOME WORK DONE NOT ON THE THROTTLE, JUST THE FUEL PUMP PUT IN/OXYGEN SENOR.

If it only happened one time, see if it does it again. Chances are it won't, but if it does, I would recommend taking it back to the shop that worked on it.
