A/C does not blow cold . Took it to a shop and i was told i need a new evaporator core and manifold hose/line assembly. My question is where exactly is the evap core located and do u have to remove the dash in order to get to it?1983 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Brougham Coupe.

Yes, it is a big job that requires the removal of the dash. It is located under the dash inside the HVAC system.
