I would like to know the ride height measurements

FINALLY someone who understands the importance of correct ride height. Sorry to say I don't have a height book but even if I did, it's often impossible to describe where to take those measurements. Visit any tire and alignment shop and have them show you the drawing of where to measure. Most cars specify a point on the frame or bumper to the ground, but some cars, Chryslers for example, specify measuring the difference between two points at each corner. That takes into account optional tire sizes.
