1983 Mercedes Benz 300td Grinding Seeming Come Inside Rear Axel Just Getting

We have a grinding seeming to come from the inside of the rear axel its just getting worse we just had the bearings replaced but it came right back what can I try please help it sounds like its something to do with the gas and drive line or something when I hit the gas it gets so bad

Go get the bearing work re inspected for faults, i feel the problem is still there.
