the bright (plated) links are the ones you line up.

I line them up with the dot on the sprokets? Also lools like i have to take the oil pan off ha?

you have apicture of what to line up. this all has to be done with #1 cylinder at top dead center... I'd advise to have a pro do it for you.

the outside chain runs the oil pump and there is no timing issue with that. you will see that there are no plated keys on it for timing. there are no pictures available for something that old in our manual.
