Dirt bike trouble pls help

83 Honda 250r slap or tock noise when I kickstart with spark plug in sounds more. Normal with plug out but either way won't start what should I do?
It's a 2 stroke Honda Atc 3wheeler

Could be a loose connecting rod I lost my bottom end on my 1987 cr 250 and the piston was slapping the head and it wouldn't start.
