The other day my car wouldn't start. it acts like as if the battery wa dead. I checked the battery and its fully charged. The starter. was just put on 3 weeks ago. When I take the cable thats hooked up to the starter and touch it to the positive post on the battery the starter turns over. So I replaced the ignition switch...nothing. I then replaced the ignition control module and nothing again. So then I replaced the starter solenoid relay and still nothing I'm really stuck now and need answers.

I'm not sure what you're doing with the cable you mentioned, and since there's variations of Ford's starter circuits
