Are the bolts holding the starter in place reverse or regular thred?

I am tring to replace the starter on my '83 fairmont and can not seem to loosen the bolts. I was wondering if they were reverse threaded or not?

No the bolts are standard thread! Spray some pb blaster on them and up into the threads and let it sit 30 minutes and come back and try again
