windshield wiper motor will not turn off. I have to unplug from wiper motor. Please advise Thank you

when i turn the wipers on they will not shut off i have to pull plug on wiper motor under hood. works sometimes

It sounds like the switch is shorted. Have you checked that?

you need to access the switch and check to see if there is power from it all the time.
