Hi, 1983 buick park avenue. Been trying to add third brake light to wiring and can't find where to add the wire (other than the ground). I have mechanic's book, but I have tried both the yellow and green and it will work with brakes, but also with the turn signals (yellow left, green right). Can you help? Thanks, Cubby

Ya gotta connect it before the signal switch. Go right to the brake light switch under the dash. From what my tired brain remembers, I think you will find a white and orange wire on the switch. Hook your new light to the white wire. The orange is the feed wire. If I have that backwards, your new light will be on all the time. In that case hook it to the orange wire.
